Joanna Megraw

Joanna Megraw R.N., B.A., CPMHN© Joanna is a registered nurse with a degree in psychology, she also brings with her several therapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. She has extensive experience working with people who have a desire to acknowledge what gets in the way of their living life fully. We often struggle with self limiting belief systems; poor relationship effectiveness; fear of change; unsatisfying work and the impact of major traumatic events and loss in our lives.

I have had many rewarding years of assisting people on their journey of self discovery as they work mindfully to explore their potential. With a mindful-solution focused approach we learn to observe our thoughts and behaviours from a non-judgemental stance which assists us in learning to bear our pain skillfully which results in validating and learning from all our experiences.
